Candle and perfume-making experiences

A payment is required to officially reserve all scheduled experiences.

During regular store hours, a $25 reservation deposit is required and is applied toward your final experience total.

Private after-hours events require a $75 after-hours event fee, and mobile events require a $200 mobile event fee. These event fees are additional charges and are not applied toward guest experience costs.

Reservation deposits and event fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another available date if your plans change.

Most private parties last approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on group size and event format. We can accommodate shorter parties if needed for an event schedule.

Yes. Custom labels, branded candles or perfumes, event-specific fragrance details, packaging, and other personalized touches may be available for weddings, corporate events, retreats, and special celebrations. Let us know what you have in mind when you inquire.

Yes. Candles are poured during your event and may be taken home that day. We recommend allowing at least 24 hours for the candle to fully cure before lighting.

If additional cooling time is needed, candles may be left for later pickup or collected once fully set.

Perfumes are ready to take home immediately.

Children’s celebrations are structured with age-appropriate instruction and fragrance selections. While we welcome a range of ages, we recommend reaching out in advance to discuss your group so we can ensure the experience is a great fit.

For private parties, we generally plan seating and materials around the number of participating guests. Please let us know in advance if your group will include non-participating guests so we can make sure the space and setup will work. Supervising parents are welcome at children’s events when needed.

Guests explore a curated selection of fragrances and fragrance notes available at the time of the event. Candle-making guests may create their own scent blend, while perfume-blending guests are guided through combining individual notes to create a personal fragrance.

While spills are uncommon, fragrance oils, wax, and other materials may stain delicate fabrics, so we recommend avoiding anything especially difficult to clean. Additionally, children’s celebrations may involve colored dye.

Hosts should provide appropriate tables and seating for participating guests, along with enough space for us to set up the experience. Candle-making events also require access to a standard electrical outlet for our equipment. We’ll review setup needs with you before your event.

During regular store hours, you may reserve a guided candle-making or perfume-blending experience with no guest minimum. A $25 reservation deposit is required to secure your date and time and is applied toward your final experience total. The studio remains open to other customers during your visit.

A private studio party is held outside our regular store hours and reserves the studio exclusively for your group. Private events require a 10-guest minimum and a $75 after-hours event fee.

The $200 mobile event fee covers event preparation, transportation within 30 miles of our Montgomery studio, setup, staffing and breakdown. Travel more than 30 miles from the studio is calculated per mile at the standard mileage rate.

Yes. For select private events, we can provide a registration link for guests to register and pay individually. The host remains responsible for meeting the 10-guest minimum for private studio and mobile events.

Candle-making guests create and pour one custom candle for $55 per guest. Perfume-blending guests create one custom 10 mL fragrance for $35 per guest and may choose either a rollerball or spray bottle.

There is no guest minimum for experiences during regular store hours.

Private studio parties and mobile events require a 10-guest minimum purchase. Fewer than 10 guests may participate, but the host is responsible for the cost of the 10-guest minimum.

Yes. Limited parking is available. Lunchtime on the weekdays is the hardest time to find parking, so parties during those hours should arrive early to secure a spot.
